Pinrom Focus

Free focus timer

A free focus timer that remembers what you did.

Pomodoro-style work and break cycles, a one-line note when each session ends, and nothing to install or sign up for. Use it right here.

What it does

Simple on purpose. Built for billable work.

Most focus timers help you start. This one also helps you remember — and, when you want it to, helps you bill.

Work/break cycles

Set a work length and a break length — 25/5 by default, anything from 1 to 180 minutes. Start, pause, reset, skip a break.

A note at the end of every session

When the work phase finishes, jot one line about what you did. It's the detail you never remember at invoice time.

Breaks are breaks

Break time is timer-only. It's never counted as work, so what you log is what you actually did.

You'll know when it ends

A short chime when a phase finishes, and the remaining time lives in the tab title so you can see it from anywhere.

Accurate in the background

Wall-clock based, so switching tabs or minimising the window doesn't drift the countdown.

Grows into a timesheet

In Pinrom Focus, the same timer runs against your clients' real tasks and writes the time back to their tool.

Why it's free

The timer is free because the timesheet is the product.

Pinrom Focus is a timesheet for freelancers and small agencies who work inside their clients’ ClickUp, Trello or Asana. The focus timer is how time gets captured with zero manual entry, so we give it away — here with no account, and in the app on Focus Free with unlimited clients.

  • No ads, no upsell inside the timer, no trial clock. Sessions on this page stay in your browser.
  • The paid plan is for teams — a flat $10/month per workspace, never per seat.
  • You can use the app with no tool connected at all: manual clients, manual tasks, the same timer.

The natural next step

Your sessions become a billable timesheet.

  1. 1Sign up free and add your clients — or paste an API key from ClickUp, Trello or Asana to pull their tasks.
  2. 2Run the same focus timer against a real task. The session, with its note, lands on your timesheet.
  3. 3The time is written back to the task in the client's tool, so they see it where they already look.
  4. 4Set your rate, check the week by client, and export an invoice-ready CSV.
