Terms of service
Last updated: 9 September 2026. This is a preliminary version; final wording will be published before launch.
1. The service
Pinrom Focus (“the Service”) is provided by Pinrom. It lets you connect ClickUp, Trello or Asana with a personal token, run focus sessions and manual time entries against tasks, write time back to those tools, and view and export a timesheet. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- A workspace is owned by the person who created it. Owners can invite members and can see every member’s timesheet in that workspace.
- Clients you add are contacts inside your workspace; they do not receive access to the Service.
3. Connected tools
- You must have the right to connect a tool and to read the data you map. Use of each tool remains subject to that tool’s own terms.
- Write-back posts time entries or comments to tasks under your identity in that tool. You are responsible for what is written.
- We may pause a connection if the tool rejects the token, rate-limits requests, or changes its API.
4. Plans and billing
- Focus Free is free for one member with unlimited clients.
- Focus Team is billed at a flat $10 per month per workspace for up to 25 members. It is not priced per seat. The workspace owner is the paying party; members are never charged.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. If a payment fails, the workspace returns to the free plan’s limits.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
5. What the Service is not
The Service produces timesheets and CSV exports. It does not issue invoices, calculate tax, or collect payments. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you bill your clients.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, to access data you are not entitled to, to interfere with the Service or any connected tool, or to build a competing product from it.
7. Your data
You own your time data and exports. You grant us the rights needed to store and process it to provide the Service. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, including what happens when you disconnect a tool.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
